" Cherry clafoutis


Cherry clafoutis
Preparation time: 15 minutes
Baking time : 15 minutes
Serves 6 people

Ingredients
500g of Layrac cherries-50 grs pulverised almonds -100 grs sugar-1 teasponn of cornflour -2eggs-1 eeg yolk-3 sponnfuls of thick sour cream.

Making:
Preheat the oven at 180°C.
In a large bowl, pour sugar,pulverised almonds, cornflour, beaten eggs and finish by adding the sour cream. This is similar to a crêpe mixture.
Stone the cherries, grease with butter and brush sugar into 6 smal ramequins, pour the mixture into the ramequins and sprinkle the cherries over the top.
Bake in the oven for 15 minutes until the top is light brown.

Eat the clafoutis as soon as they come out of the oven they will taste all the better .
